Tenny and I hauled her roan (Hancock) mare up to Jackson Hole yesterday afternoon. Then sat and watched the JR rodeo breakaway roping for a couple hours. Then finally got a chance to talk to the rodeo company as they unloaded stock. We unloaded the mare unhooked the 5th wheel and went had had some ribs at Bubba's. Got back and watched slack barrel racing, still doesn’t make sense to chase something that doesn’t move
Then about 20 team ropers pair every which way to Sunday to make up close to 60 teams. Then more break away. Finally the rodeo, mutton busting ,bulls, bare back, saddle team and breakaway, mini bulls, cans, then a exhibition ride and Tenny's mare bucked all 4 feet in the air , a little belly , farting , snorting, couple good high kicks and the horse and ride scored a 74. We got home well after midnight, they said they call about the mare, she big, good bone and muscle and for a broke horse knows how to buck... [smilie=whohoo.gif]
Best part is just watching the tourist and how they dress, met some good people from NM, they shared a little blood warmer (Jack and Coke) when it got chilly, and it did get chilly

Yeah, I hate when it's 80 degrees and ya just can't warm up.
