Default Wind/Climate info for Ten Sleep vs Buffalo

OK..in looking at Big Horn Mtn areas in general for relocation, I stumbled across Ten Sleep. It is close enough to Worland for shopping/grocery/neccessities but how but the Ten Sleep weather vs the Buffalo side of the Big Horns..which area has less wind??.. and also TenSleep vs Buffalo..who gets more snow??

not much wind in Star Valley but land is pricy, it surounded by 3 national forest, Carribiou, Briger-Teton, and Grand Targee
