Default Real estate in Lander?

Here in Lander- I've known 2 people recently who listed their homes for sale and got close to full price offers within days. And that is within the past couple months. There arent alot of houses on the market and those that dont sell are older and need alot of work (i've heard )or perhaps are priced unreasonably.

Real estate stats aren't listed publicly in this state so I'm not making assumptions but just wondering if people are moving into town or what is going on w/this?

It just means that they priced them right for the market.

might depend on the real estate agent too. My aunt and uncle have had theirs for sale for over a year and very few nibbles. It is spendy but worth it for what they have there. Heck, if I had the money I'd buy it myself.

The info. I've received from a couple of realtor friends is that anything under 300,000 is selling fairly quickly. Some of the houses that are "higher end" for Lander are staying on the market quite awhile, no matter how fairly they are priced.
