There's lots of camp grounds up on the mountain. But you'd be an hour or more from Sheridan.
The KOA campground at the north end of Sheridan has excellent tent sights. they also have cabins you can rent. But the tent sights all have bar-b-q stands. There are really nice showers and bathrooms available.
