Hello all! I am highly considering moving to Evanston. Yes, I have read some of the last comments about that...but I would already have a job and I enjoy rural areas. I am in the middle of the interview process now, if I moved (I am pretty sure I would if all goes well with the interviews) I would move August 31st.
I have lived in many apartments in my life and have often prefered living in an apartment that is privately owned such as an apartment over the garage, over a shop, an additional guest house, etc. I'm just not a fan of apartment complexes.
Does anyone know of any sort of available situation like this in Evanston? Do you or someone you know own a space that could be a studio or larger apartment that is not a part of a complex? I prefer cheaper especially while I get settled but I have options.
