Need short term leasing Green River, Wyoming
Does anyone know of any apartment complexes, etc. in or near Green River, Wyoming who offer month by month leasing of furnished apartments? We will be there for possibly August and September. We recently were able to stay in this type of a place in Rawlins, WY and are hoping to find similar in Green River. Thanks SO much for your help!!!

The Green River Star is the local paper over there, put out weekly. The Rocket-Miner is the paper here in Rock Springs. You can go online to the RS paper I'm not sure about GR's. I would call local real estate angencies and ask around, but with the way housing is here, I can't imagine you'll find anything like that except a hotel room. A lot of people including families live in hotels for a while when they get here while they look for something because you have to jump on it so fast when something does become available. If you do find something be prepared for the prices around here.

That is what we figured it would be like from our experience in Rawlins. Thanks for the tips. I figure if God wants us out there then he will get us a place to stay just like in Rawlins.

I have to agree with Earniefan. My husband and I looked for a place for 3 months after moving back in Rock Springs or Green River. It is an absolute nightmare. We finally settled on a place at the Imperial Apartments in Rock Springs, for lack of other options. You can rent a 1 bdrm for about 550 or a 2 for 750. Their lease options start at 3 months.
