Moving to Green River wth a 3 year old
My husband and I are moving to Green River. Husband will be arriving in the next few weeks and my son (who is 3) and I will be joining him in late May. I was just wondering if anyone had any info on Kids activities, playgroups or Mom's groups in the town.

i have limited help for you since its been years since i was there, but i was in rock springs 2 weeks ago which is a close drive and they have a community rec center there. i am waitng for a job offer and my wife and our 1 year old and I will be moving there.

There is a gal who does Kindermusic up at the rec center in GR. They should be able to get you her information. At the Civic Center in Rock Springs(12 miles away, where all of your shopping will be) they have a toddler tumbling class. And there are swim lessons of course at all of the centers.

I live in GR and I love it. I am in a moms group/play group and meet twice weekly. My daughter is 2 1/2 and I have a 3 week old son. PM me for more info!

Go to a post written by them. Then in the upper left, click on their name. A drop down menu will give you 4 or 5 things to pick from. One of those things is "Send a Direct Message to xxxxxx". Click on that and it will take you to a message all set up so you just fill in the subject and type your message.
OR
In the Upper right of your screen it has "Welcome Ztuck74" Just below that it says "Direct Messages: Unread....."
Click on that and it will take you to the message area. There, you will have to fill in the name and as you start typing their name, it will bring up a list of choises based on what you are typing. Just click on the name you want to send a message to.
