Question Anyone know about Camino Estates or Cook Rd parcels in Buffalo?

Does anyone have information on these two developments? Water/septic issues in the area? Any issue getting high-speed internet (for work) or phone? How long of a school bus ride do you think it would be to elementary school? We're assuming unimproved roads to the actual property.

I'm told the Camino Estates properties are about 10 miles south of Buffalo off Trabing. Did a google earth and it looks like there would be nice views of the Big Horns. Looks like it's just west of Red Hills Rd? Saw parcel map and the property splits don't look too abnormally shaped.

Couldn't get a good fix for location of the Cook Rd properties.

We looked in Saddleback Hills and there were too many cacti for my taste. Liked a parcel on Red Hills Rd but it was sold. Trying to get as much info as possible before deciding to move up our next trip. We don't want to pull our daughter out of school so we were planning on going out between Christmas and New Year's to look around again.

Thanks for any info!

Deanna
