Most do...although when my Jeep died, two Highway Patrolman drove on by and when I had to hike back to the home, they did stop long enough to flag my Jeep for towing....
Again, an exception rather than the norm...just pop the hood and look a wee bit lost, you will have help in spades

BTW- you didn't change the topic in the least-
You know you're in Wyoming when you live in a town whose name is shorter than it's zip code!

1. When you see more pickup trucks than you've ever seen in your life before
2. And when most all of those are equipped to be snow plows too
3. When you forget all about door-to-door salesmen because they just aren't interested in all the exercise they'd have to get to make their livelihood worthwhile (though I have seen 1 in the almost year I've been here)

Exactly! I went in the service from Wyoming and years later come back. I got the one fingered salute till I changed my plates. It was funny.

You know you're in Wyoming when in late March the temperature is 50, but there's a fifty mile per hour wind making it feel like 15,and you know that there's at least another month of it coming, but you also know that there's not enough money on earth to get you to leave.

.....when your driving through and pull off at a rest area for an in-car nap, and can't get any sleep because the wind is too loud to even be considered white noise.
