Hello,
While looking to relocate North we came across Cheyenne and feel it will be good for us in terms of affordability, low crime, good schools and good air quality. Anyhow, we've been watching the home sales on realtor.com and are amazed at how quickly the homes are selling. We just happened to stumble across Cheyenne (kind of by chance) and wonder if there is some reason that people seem to be packing in there? It's not like we've heard a whole lot about it before we "discovered" it, haha, so what is going on that the homes are selling like crazy??
Also, are there areas to avoid?
Thanks in advance!

Hi,
I am Pete Hastings with Coldwell Banker TPE.
We have a very strong sellers market and let me give you a couple reasons why.
We do have Warren Airforce base here as well as a very active Air reserve guard unit here so there is turn over with military personnel.
We are also starting to open up to multiple industries our newest being the technical. Microsoft has been developing a large operation here due to our climate and tax incentives.
So yes we are a growing community with a lot of great things happening here. Like you had said we do have a low crime rate, wonderful school system and we are still close to a big city being Denver.
