What was at 823 Sapphire ST, Kemmerer, WY during the 1935 to 1945 time period? Is a map available that shows this address? I'm assisting a Chinese friend research his grandfather and great grandfather genealogy. The grandfather joined the US Army and became a US citizen. His military records may have burned during a fire at the St Louis Records Center. The grandfathers US Army dog-tags have the following information:

Kemmerer, Wyo P

The grandfather is "K Joe Tom".
The great grandfather is "Toy Doon Tom"

The grandfather Joe Tom was in the US Army during the Second World War. It is not known where he enlisted into the Army. Both of these men came to
the USA from China. I think Joe Tom got his US citizenship, maybe from
being in the Army. I think the grandfather was in Wyoming for about 5
years before joining the Army in the early 1940s.

The current Mapquest aerial view of Kemmerer WY does not show an 800 block on Sapphire St.
