Default Re-First date

This is for all the hopeless romantics and you were right. We met at the resturant and hit it off right away. The more we talked the more we found we have a lot of similar likes and have been in a lot of the same places at different times. We were both a little nervous but got soon got over that an enjoyed our dinner. By the way-- she did check out how much I left for a tip! I could tell she was tired from a busy week and kept It fairly short. Walked her to her jeep and told her I enjoyed the evening with her and would like to see her again. We are keeping in touch everyday via E-mail and will take in a movie later this week . Thanks again! All you romantics are great.

Wyoman you sound happy! Here is some "girl" advice. Wipe a layer of that dust off your truck seat - aren't you the guy that doesn't wash his truck? Some girls won't take a weekend date after Wednesday night. So make sure you ask her out for a certain date and time - don't assume because she is talking to you she knows you want to go out this weekend. Don't be late and bring flowers. Nothing too much for a first date - a small bunch would be a nice touch. If you have already made movie plans - OK - but you can't visit during a movie! Think about where you'll take her after the movie.
Have fun.

All very good advice. I'm really on board with the flowers idea. Can't go wrong there. Don't go for roses of course, do something like a mixed bouquet.
I agree if yall have time go somewhere to visit after the date. Movie dates are just an automatic thing but you can't really talk much there. You can get to know their sense of humor though if it's anything remotely comical which I think is a good thing.
