Well we've tried a couple other times over the last 7 months to find something with her. As it turned out, we used her as a buyer's agent to buy a home close to downtown, by Clear Creek that Greg Smith had listed. Everything's been going smooth so far. We should close in May if all keeps going well.
She's really helped us out. You hear a lot of negative stories about the Realtors out here, and most of them are probably true. Our last Realtor was a prime example. But this one is very helpful and friendly.

I have had some bad experiences myself, I have a realtor in Sheridan that has literally dropped off the planet and never contacted me again lol...

Hey Navy,
What are you looking for $ wise? Is there any work to be done on the place. Utilities, Etc. I am thinking of spending some time there this summer ( still trying to decide if I want to move) and a short term rental might be the way to go.
