Need a home inspector in Rock Springs
My real estate agent said she is not allowed to refer someone. Strange, but whatever. There are only about 3 in the phone book but I have heard horror stories of just picking one and then being out thousands because of their screwups. So of course I'd like someone legitimate! I don't know anyone who has purchased a home here, so I have no one to ask IRL. If you know of someone who did a good job please let me know!
