Moveing to Rawlins
Hi I'm new to this. I'm moveing to Rawlins with my 11 mnth old son. I just accpeted a job at the hospitial there, but I ran into a problemm, can't find a place to rent. Can anybody help me please?

Hi there .
This's a situation that people needs to put up with, when moving to that town, Is hard to get a place to rent, I'm moving over there a day after tomorrow . I;m the same boat, a friend offers me a room . The problem is , that I can't contact him, he no answering the phone and that is getting me concern. Good lack

All I can say is make sure you have plenty of blankets,sleeping bags & be glad spring is on the way...this has been a Wyo situation in towns during booms as long as I can remember (decades). Remember in the 1970's when Gillette was in a big boom & ppl were actually living in caves!!! The water & sewage departments were overtaxed & there were big probs.

Sorry I didn't see your post!!!! Suppose you have come & gone by now but as I RECALL was not bad - maybe a bit breezy. Is beautiful. In 60's today but looks like we could get some moisture but the next couple of days supposed to get into 70's...we'll see. I never believe any of it. LOL!!!

Well, yeah - will be warm enuff soon - gets hot as hades (IMHO) in the Rawlins area - I'm a winter person so I like spring, but hate what it ushers in. That is why I am as far north in Wyo as possible - our really hot season is pretty much NEVER a full 2 months. And hot to me is anything over 80. Comfortable is 40-60. Yeah, I'm a fruitcake....

Garufa Just need help finding a place out there I called many apartments and they all said there is a waiting list but to make it even harder i have a pet to bring.
