Midwest? (Casper, Edgerton: power lines, unemployed, restaurant)

We are moving to Midwest and prefer not to commute to Casper for work. Anyone know what is located in Midwest? Just trying to get a jump on the move. What is it like there? What is located there? Jonna_n_boise

Midwest looks like that James Bond movie where they're in the oil fields near the Caspian Sea.
It's awesome to drive through, these cool rollings hills covered in grids of power lines and pumpjacks all over the place.
Trying to recall what I've seen just from driving through a couple times --- Midwest has a restaurant and a bar at least ... Edgerton is only like a block away (well, almost ) by and it's got a restaurant and a liquor store and seemed "bigger".

Judging by outward appearances alone, a job will not be the easiest to find.
