Go to www.homeandland.com and request a real estate guide . It covers central and northeastern, Wy.

This website is great, here is the link to a list of some of the realtors in the area..
http://www.bighornmountains.com/relocation.htm

Some of them do not have links on this list this link above provides, but if you type their company's name in a search they have their own websites.

Best of luck to you..

lots of work for truck drivers in the region. if your husband has a clean record and can pass the physical/drug test, he can be hired almost immediately.

your biggest problem will be finding a place to buy. come prepared with your financial stuff together, a lender committment letter (if possible), and be ready to complete a deal when the property/price and purchase details are worked out. that will help make you a preferred buyer if a seller has multiple offers on the table .... and give you a bit more flexibility as to your offer.

gillette or frannie?you picked 2 very different places.frannie has one of the smallest populations in wyoming.real estate is a fair bit cheaper around frannie,/cowley/deaver/powell/lovell then the booming inflated gillette area.a lot more jobs around gillette.go on realtor.com's website and punch in different cities and you will be able to see whats available at a given price
