I tried to answer you elsewhere, but my reply disappeared from the screen. I have been to T-town, courtesy of some colleagues in a Certain federal agency with three digits, and no sense of humor-yeah,don't ask. I actually thought it was a nice little western town, certainly cleaner than most of Wyoming. I hope you'all get a good price and are able to sell quickly. That's where I got the best buffalo steak in the world- wish I'd written down the cafe name! Anyways, best wishes!

We lived there for about 7 months when my wife got out of college. I had the best time. The mineral hot pools, fishing in a unpolluted river 90 feet from my house. Deer in the yards, buffalo on the hillsides, deer and elk hunting within 30 minutes of town. We just wanted more at that time, in the way of excitement. Now I am exited out. But it took awhile.
