Default Looking for rental in Sheridan

We are moving to Sheridan ASAP and starting the hunt for a home rental. We need a 3 bd. house if possible. Anyone know of anything? After reading on here it sounds like it may be more difficult than I thought! Any information or leads would be GREATLY appreciated!

Rentals are extremely tight still, although looks as if it will slow down in the next few years, when exactly I am not sure.

I would suggest going to The Sheridan Front Page and getting an online subscription to the newspaper if you only want one for a couple months it is only like $11 I think? If I remember right.. it is really inexpensive. And look at the classifieds daily first thing in the morning, the goal is to be caller number one.

After a year and a half of searching I finally found a rental in Buffalo, only because I was caller #1, then 10 more people called after me.

I had a subscription for a little while and a lot of times I would call too late.

A rental can be found sometimes, just hard work and persistence is the key.

What is your budget? a decent 3 bedroom house will cost at least $900 or more to rent a month currently... although home prices are falling as far as buying something.
