How about in Jackson Hole? Someone I know, from the area, told me when Montana gets hit by snow so does Jackson Hole. I will be there for New Years & would like to see lots of snow! We usually go mid January or February, but this year we decided to cheer in the New Year at our favorite spot "I can't wait".

Well in Sheridan we have had this cold of weather just last winter, so it hasn't been all that long for us here. It's just been a LONG time since we have gotten it this early. Usually we get it long about mid to late Jan. - early Feb. I hope this isn't a sign of a long, cold, miserable winter.

We had cars stopping on the interstate between Sheridan and Buffalo sometime starting around noon yesterday due to poor visibilty. They ended up getting drifted in and were stuck. They also had several accidents and ambulances were being dispatched. They finally closed the roads between Sheridan and Gillettte shortly after. I'm not sure if they closed roads between MT and Sheridan. There were times yeterday where we couldn't see the railing on our deck and it's around ten feet wide.

We were going to deep fry a turkey for our company's Christmas party, but when that wind came up we decided to put it in the oven instead.

I can remember it getting down to -23 last winter, but that was in January I think wasn't it?
