Measured 3" in Buffalo this morning. That's 11" since October.

SnowGood, have you tried the Snowy Range Ski area? I was just reading an article that says it is one of the best downhill ski areas in Wyoming. My husband and buddies like to go play in that area.

Rawlins had snow covering the ground last night and it has been snowing all day. I bet Snowy Range is getting a good covering. Hopefully poor Jackson area will get some white stuff also. "Pitiful" was a good way to describe the slopes there!

Snowing here also! Not very much but it is snow. When we watched the extended forecast it showed snow for today but it should stop today. I have plans to leave tomorrow for Arkansas and Christmas with the Grandkids. Thankfully I am not locked into a time schedule. Just so I get there in time to make cookies with the kids! and visit Santa of course.

I love the higway web cams Elkhunter posted. They really give an idea of the conditions in each area.

As soon as I quit my job, sell my car, my truck, my house, buy a van and a gas heater, and buy a gold flex pass to the Village, I'll be back to Jackson. Until then I'm stuck.

No I've never been to snowy range. After growing up in Jackson and shredding the Village and Targhee every year I'm not sure I'd ever be able to call anything better. But I would love to try it out. Alas, just having a baby means I'm not going to be very active on the slopes this season.
