Rental housing is available again.
According to the realtor who manages my property in Evanston, rental housing is available. I can't tell you whether it's cheap or expensive, as that depends upon the individual. Moderator cut: no ads here, please
Evanston is a great little city. The people are friendly and there's no crime or traffic. Salt Lake is only an hour away for a moderately peppy driver.
Bear River State Park is incredible for seeing moose. Cars line the side of the road at dusk in the milder times of the year.
