The trouble with moving to a town full of perfect people is that they may not think you're that perfect -- wrong color hair, wrong religion, wrong brand of car, etc.

NOW you are getting plain silly. I have a lot to offer a small town.
They won't have anything to "judge" me by....because the town "I" am looking for will have white folks as the majority. They will have American Flags flying on their houses, and they might even be red necks....but I will know the town when I find it. I have already FOUND a few towns that I would be thrilled to live in in Oklahoma and Alabama, but I'm not crazy about humid weather. Colorado is perfect weather, but it is beginning to feel as if we live in "Mexico." That is why we want to move North to a small town.

Sorry Elkhunter, but only a troll living under a bridge would believe that they could find a town that is white only in this day and age.

You will not find a place in the US that does not have low class losers; and they come in all races.

Incredibly well said, BennyPhoenix.

Uh, 2/3's of Colorado and about a quarter of Wyoming WAS part of Mexico until 1848. Basically, the southern half of Colorado has always been heavily Hispanic, and those folks can trace their roots back in the region farther than most Anglos can. I am not happy about the influx of illegal immigrants into the United States (I personally believer the borders need to be closed to all immigration--we are going to have trouble supporting our current population as it is), but I think it is using a broad brush to paint the Hispanics who have lived in this country for many generations with the same generalizations leveled at illegal immigrants.
Wyoming is a great state, and I lived there and loved it for several years, but moving there just because it is a "white" state to you IS a little bit bigoted, in my opinion. And quite frankly, most long-time Wyomingites I know are NOT bigots.

I tried re-opening this thread. But you can see how it goes.
This WAS a topic that needed to be discussed. Apparently people want to bicker instead of discuss the topic.
Thread CLOSED.
