Riverton has some covenents that stink (new home, to buy, live in)

The place we were going to buy had covenent that would let you have a Modgular over 1800 sq feet and some one is in the process of doing just that and now he may have to pull it off the home owners are taking him to court
I think I might just stay here at least my neighbors are great and have some junk in the yard they would do any thing for each outher I wonder if the place in wyoming sells bed sheets???

Covenants are set in place to protect other homeowner's property values. They are a vital necessity in all of Wyoming.

yep some covenents are ok but these hood wearing bunch think they are LORDS the new home met the standards of the contract and they have done this befor I love where you can live in peace without someone sticking their nose in to your new grass
