and I'm between Gillette and Douglas. Anyone know of rest. who throw them out? I would even consider paying a couple buck for each one.

You may consider contacting the hospitals/nursing homes - especially nursing homes - in the area also...their kitchens often receive bulk food in such buckets and they would probably give them to you if asked. Give them a ring and ask for the dietary department...you might find the buckets there.

But King Arthur baking company sells food grade air tight tubes, big enough to hold a 25lb sack of flour.

And contact grocery stores with bakery departments. I used to get them from Deckers in Gillette... back "in the day."

We bought a few new ones with lids at a Home Depot and they were really cheap.

Check out Walmarts bakery. I got 5 and 2 gallon buckets with lids here at ours in casper. I think I gave 2.00 and 1.00 for them.
