Default Jackson Hole, Wyoming

I am moving to the Jackson area, soon. I have pets, and was wondering how the constant change in altitude affects cats, and turtles?

I know that upon visiting, my ears were giving me a headache.

I have traveled extensively in the mountain states with my cat. She never appeared to have a problem with altitude. (She did not do well in the Arizona desert though!) Lived in Wyoming for three wonderful years, but I can't take it past 7,000 ft. Went to the Continental Divide in CO, and nearly passed out at 14,000 ft. up there. But was truly beautiful and worth the drive.
