Default moving to wyoming?

I am interested in moving to Wy with my husband and 2 year old daughter. He has years of experience in the oilfield in Texas and offshore, he also has a class A CDL. He is 34 and feels he may be too old for the oilfield now. Currently he is in the HVAC field. Where would yall suggest he could get a job easily. Also, how expensive are the daycares there? I've been looking into Gillette. I would rather be in a smallish town.

Well, there is currently no place, that I know of in Wyoming, that you can find jobs easily. There are jobs, but they are not as plentiful as they were just a couple years ago.

34 is not too old to drive in the mines or the oil fields. Take a look at Wyoming At Work and you'll see job listing for the entire state. You can narrow down the searching by picking towns or fields or wages or?????

Can't help you on daycare. My youngest served in Iraq 3 years ago. So I've kind of lost track.

Oh, and all of our towns are smallish. Largest is only around 60,000. Only 550,000 in the state.
