Default Possible move to SW Wyoming

Had a phone interview this morning and it sounds as if I may in the near future move back to my home state after being away for 22 years. What is the housing situation like around the Evanston area?

It appears there is not a lot of folks from Evanston area. About a year ago there was a user that lived there and we haven't heard from them in a while.

Housing, at that time, was hard to come by because of the boom. Apartments could be found but you had to watch what you was getting (across the street from the local bar, etc...)

I do know that Evanston has done a lot in the last couple of years to clean up the town and make it more livable.

Are you moving soon? How did the follow-up on the job go?

There's a fair selection for sale, but rentals are becoming tight again. I had one vacancy in some property I own and had it rented in two days.

Evanston is a very fine town with a very low crime rate, less than half that of Cody. Teenage girls can and do walk through the parks at midnight. It's a great place to raise a family.

If you're looking for a rental or purchase, I'd recommend Associates Realty at 307-444-3335.

Wow. I'm kind of off the grid. I live in a cabin along the Tongue River. About 15 miles from Sheridan. This place don't even have an address. Had to get a post office box in the local town.

I know that area well. My daughter lives just off of Big Horn Ave.

Outstanding! No, I'm about 8 miles or so from Dayton. Actually close to Ranchester. Least, that's the closest watering hole. haha
