Default Ethanol in Torrington

Hello good folks in Wyoming
They are talking about building an ethanol plant in my neighborhood. Please tell me what can I expect in the way of effects? I know it will be good for our small town's economy, but I'm not sure if it will change the quiet, clean-air environment. Should I oppose this or is it livable?

Thanks for the websites. I will check those out.
One reason I was asking folks from the Torrington area is because I read online that there is a plant there. How do you there feel about it? How is the smell, noise, etc? Has it helped the economy significantly? Has it depleted the aquifer?
We are in Idaho. There aren't any here yet.

I go though Torrington all the time. The smell you get most of the time is when the suger beets come in. But other than that you dont get a smell of anything out of the ordinary.
