You got it. This is in the same area where the Bad Pass Trail passes through. Here is an interesting brochure in pdf file format that talks about the survey they did, it has some excellent photographs of the area.

Ooops! I didn't realize it was my turn. Sorry....

This may or may not be accurate for 2009, but it was a couple years ago:

One Wyoming community is listed as having the both the most hail storms annually in the U.S. and the cleanest air in the U.S. Which city?

(Hint: it also ranked as the 6th windiest U.S. city with an average annual wind speed of 12.9 mph.)

FYI, Tulsa, OK experiences the most severe hail storms annually.

And for clean air, other neighbors in the top 10 include Great Falls, MT, 4th; Bismarck, ND, 8th; and Rapid City, SD, 10th.

And I mentioned that Cheyenne was the 6th windiest city in the nation. Well, Casper barely edged it out for 5th windiest.
