Forgive me. But since no one has answered that one I'm going to withdraw it for now, I will bring it back later. I have a good one for Halloween that I would really, really, really like to get in before Halloween is over! Really!
Where is the Wyoming mountain home of 7 witches, assorted elves and other forest spirits? And when do they hold their annual celebration? This celebration has been taking place for 80 years.

I have been waiting to give others a chance to answer, but no-one seems to be biting so I'll go ahead and try an answer.
I believe the area you are refering to is Crimson Dawn Park in Casper Mountain. The event takes place during the Summer Solstice/Midsummer Solstice on/around the 24th of June.
Crimson Dawn Park & Museum, can be seen on the South side of Casper Mountain.

June 18, 2009: The 80th mid-summer’s eve festival at Crimson Dawn will be held Sunday, June 21, on Casper Mountain. Hundreds of visitors are expected to follow storyteller Rebecca Hunt as she once again takes them through the Topaz Gate and into Forsling’s magical stories. Visitors will meet the seven witches, the three little elves and other mysterious creatures as they also hear about Forsling’s life and experiences on Casper Mountain.
The museum is the homestead of Neal Forsling, who wrote "Crimson Dawn", based on the stories she told her daughters to entertain them.

As the sun entered into the final hours of the longest trip across the sky of the year, hundreds gathered atop Casper Mountain on Monday to celebrate the summer solstice the Crimson Dawn way.
The annual celebration has its roots in the stories of witches, fairies and phantom woodsmen created by Neal Forsling, a woman who homesteaded Crimson Dawn with her two daughters three-quarters of a century ago. "She made everything seem magic," Eleanor Carrigen said of her friend Forsling. "You could walk through the trails with her and she would actually make you see that the fairies were underneath the flowers. All that sort of thing. She had a wonderful way of telling stories. And all the kids were just crazy about her. She was quite a character."
The questions are kicking my butt. haha You folks are getting tough.
I'm sorry to hear that. I too am enjoying the game and would like to see more participation. I admit I have tried to making my clues to obvious, I will try to be more generous with them in the future.
It is more fun when more people are participating.
