Default Any info on Newcastle?

We are leaving Montana and it's high taxes and are looking at the Newcastle area. We want some acreage, which is proving to be very hard to find. Anyone have opinions on this town or nearby areas? Also, anyone know what the price per foot is for drilling a water well?

NewWy is an unknown quantity at this point
There are quite a few things for sale in this area. The prices are even OK still (but that won't last long). I do not know the price per foot of a water well but would assume that it would depend on the people who dilled it There are quite a few companies in the area.
