I'm so glad you made it safely. The Sheridan VA was my home for many months through the years. At one time, it was on the closure list. The saving grace was that this VA was solely powered by coal.

I think you'll find that this VA is filled with wonderful people. I have met a few that didn't do justice at the facility, but by far, it was very few. For the most part, everybody was terrific to outstanding. Last year, I was resusitated 3 times in one week. Wouldn't know how that was cause I was in a coma. haha Just know that when I come to I had the best treatment you could find anywhere. I was really impressed with the care.

The Sheridan VA. 1898 Fort Road. It was built in 1898. There's a lot of history there. Did you know the entire compound was founded on lies? hahaha They built the base thinking of the threat from indians. The indian wars had ended years before that. There was no threat. But, we love our base today. Building 11 was the original hospital. Just a little building kind of at the end of things.
