Default Houses in Moorcroft

Is there any houses for sale in the Moorcroft area with a couple acres to have a horse or two? Need at least 3 bed room. What kind of price am I looking at?

you waited a few years too long.since the boom a mobile home on 5 acres will run you $200,000-$450,000.a small old house in town will run you $165+.when i lived there 10 years ago you could buy a nice house in town for around $50,000 and i almost bought a 3 br mobile home on 10 acres for $40,000.i sure wish i did now.with every boom there is eventually another bust and while moorcroft is an ok little town the only reason most live there is because of the money to be made in gillette area.when the next bust comes a lot of people will be stuck with houses that are worth much less then whats owed on them.the last bust in the early eighties lasted for more then 20 years.if i was going to work in gillette again i would commute the extra distance from buffalo or sundance, which are much more scenic and therefore attract some retirees who dont need to work and arent totally dependent on energy industry workers.when there is a bust these towns can lose half their population in the blink of an eye.
