Default CRP Acre Rates around Pine Bluffs
Anyone know what the "average" acre rate for CRP ground is around the Pine Bluffs area ?

I've seen CRP leases at anywhere from $12/acre to $19/acre in the last few years, but I can't give you an "average". A lot depends upon the program funding and the land bids received during each year that an award was made.

I'd contact the folks at NRCS over by Cheyenne (close to the Sapp Bros fuel stop East of town) for their latest info on CRP leases.
