Default Maybe moving to Newcastle, wy and need help

Hello, Myself and my family would like some information about Newcastle, Wy. I am hopefully getting a job there and would like some answers to basic questions. The most basic one is, what is it like living there? I live in Wisconsin so we are not strangers to cold winters. My husband is going to be in need of a job there, where might he find work that is atleast $10-15 an hour? He has manager experience. He wouldn't mind being a manager at a restaurant or at an auto supply place or something like that. Also, this might be a difficult question to answer, but does anyone know where the nearest transplant center is to Newcastle? He had a double organ transplant 3 years ago and will have to find a place to go for checkups. Any other additional info would be welcome. Like places to rent until we find a place to buy.
