Short-term housing in Kemmerer/Diamondville? (Rock Springs: extended stay, sales, apartment)

Hello everyone. I need housing in the Kemmerer area from mid June to mid August. An extended stay hotel or apartment offering monthly leases would be fine, but everything i've investigated seems to be full for the next several months. Any suggestions?

Do you have access to a camper trailer? If you can find a spot to park it this might be an option.

i feel sorry for you. i lived in kemmerer for all of 3 months. worst three months of my life.

Hi, we are new users of this forum.
Respectfully, and Politely, logicskier, I am asking that you elaborate on that post. My family and I are diligently researching relocating to sw wy and I would like to read your opinion on what is so bad about Kemmerer. We are not dependent on local job conditions, and are looking to escape the heat and crime of the deep gulf south. I appreciate your time to post a detailed response. If you need to pm me that is fine as well.

Shane you would do yourself justice to gather others opinions aside from that of logicskier. If you read some of his other posts you will find he is quite the Wyoming hater.

My opinion, my right. I lived in Wyoming for 11 years and I think that entitles me to an opinion of the state even if you do not agree.

Individuals have a right to hear both sides of the agurement in order to make a more informed decision. You can disagree with me, but instead of telling others my thoughts are worthless, why don't you try and do a better sales job than me? If you do a better job, you win, and I am o.k. with that.

Logicskier, It is possible to live somewhere and not enjoy it yourself, but still be able to see the good aspects of it and the fact that someone else may love it. I have not lived in Kemmerer, however, I do live in Rock Springs. I have no love for this place, but I can still give an unbiased informed view of it. Further, I can respect other's opinions of it, however amazing it is to me there are people who think it's beautiful here. The problem with getting emotional over this is that your opinion is swayed by your experiences, experiences that someone else may never encounter.

Yes, as others have said.. can you expand on this? I'm in the radio broadcasting field and have applied for a job in Kemmerer.

I'm wondering why it was the worst 3 months of your life. Was it the people? the quality of living? The cost of living?

Please enlighten those of us who don't know!

This is the second time you post this comment about Kemmerer (1st time in a thread I post myself), I'd like to know why those three months were so bad. Can you tell us?
