Default Housing in Casper?

Looking for housing info in Casper. Cost to rent or buy, good vs bad areas, etc. No children so school districts not an issue. Prefer to be outside or on edge of town if possible. If in town, quiet neighborhood required.

Where do you live now? Have you been to Casper? Are you moving to Casper? As for bad parts of town there really isnt any. North Casper has always been the "bad" side of town but it really isnt that bad. You can walk down the streets at anytime with out too much worry.

I live out of the city limits. But I got my house before the housing exploded and now it is fairly expensive to move out there. What kind of house and price are you looking for?

Renting is hard to get at times and can get fairly high. There are a few out there if you can look that you will get a good price for.

But as for me I bought my house because I was paying more in rent for a crappy place that they didnt keep up.

Try looking at the newspaper: www.trib.com Also try property management offices. You can find them on the web. Look at www.dexonline.com

Default Housing in Casper

Casper, like any town, has a few problems. I live up in Sheridan but I have a very dear friend who owns several places in Casper. If you want, I can put you in touch with her.

She does not have any houses in Casper. She has them all on the outskirts. For instance, Mills. Mills is a small town but it's right against Casper. From Mills it's almost 2 miles to down town Casper. haha Not like a suburb in LA. haha
