Craigslist is an option.
There are licensed tree cutters there.
My father had some trees cut, and the cutters cut all of it up into 18 inch pieces. Then instead of paying to have it hauled off, kept firewood for himself and gave the rest away for free on Craigslist and there are many people on there looking for free firewood, especially if you have hard woods.
Then there are good stump removers too.
If you look in the yellow pages as a last resort, be careful. Some charge to give an estimate to cover their travel from Rock Hill or Charlotte.
There are FREE estimates out there.
THOSE are the guys who WANT your job.
