Sorry...I guess I should've explained that that was a link to their neighborhood website. I did look on it for you though and didn't see any rentals. You may try rent clicks or the fort mill times or maybe even ask your realtor but if you come to visit you could drive the neighborhood and look for signs. Good luck to ya...

Hi, we were just there visiting in August and there's a real estate office right on the main street in Baxter Village called a dwelling place realty. Kevin Chapman is a sales consultant there who would have the information you are looking for in terms of a rental house. There aren't a lot of them but he lives right in the village so has easy access to information right away when they are available.
