Hey everybody!
Just looking for a little bit of info here, I saw some old threads (two years or more old) about the equestrian communities in York called The Hylands and Derby Downs. I've been able to find MLS listings for properties in these neighborhoods, but not a whole lot more info. It doesn't seem like there is a HOA or neighborhood website or anything listing info about the restrictions or amenities in these developments. Does anyone know if these subdivisions have community barns, riding trails, etc? Are they zoned for horses on your land? The Hylands it seems is too small to really keep horses on your property (1acre-ish).
i don't think either of these offer community barns and riding trails. this thread below says they do... i am not a realtor by any means....i do know of one in fort mill, lynwood farms.
If you're interested in the Fort Mill/Indian Land area, there's another equestrian community in Indian Land located off of 521 near the border of NC: Black Horse Run Community - Welcome!
Thanks for the responses, I had actually seen the thread mentioned above before, but it is over 2 years old and didn't give me much info. The Black Horse link above is for a community in Raleigh, but I've been to the Black Horse Run in Indian Land, just trying to stay on the York/Clover side of the county. But Thank You for the responses. Anyone else have info??
