I echo this post. Also, IMO, I would take Baxter Village over Union County. Just my preference. I love that area.

Wow...Im so confused! I have been looking at real estate in the Tega Cay area and found some very disturbing comments about the area. I am looking at "old" Tega Cay near Lake Wiley. Should I be looking elsewhere to move?

Thanks!

Well... I have been on this forum since 2007 and have rarely seen anything critical of Tega Cay! There were a few HOA disputes a few years back, but most people seem to love living there. It is in a very convenient area and seems good.

No... I do not live there. I rented a place for a year near there but we built in Rock Hill.

As the previous poster asked... what are the comments and where are you finding them?

Without knowing what kind of home and price range you are looking for, it is hard to suggest somewhere else. The school district there has a very good reputation if that is one of your needs.

Give us some more info and I am sure you will gets lots of replies!
