where can I get an inexpensive blood pressure check and heart rate?
North Central Medical would charge me for a full office visit.
I need a heart rate and blood pressure check, and nothing more, that is documented as far as being "official".
Anyone know any place?
Riverview Medical and such charge close to $100 just to see you.
I'd have to take a photo with my digital camera at Bi-Lo (or drug store) and have the pharmacist sign it saying he saw it.
I need it for a court hearing.
Or find some clinic that will charge some nominal fee.
I believe some drug stores (possibly the CVS on Cherry Road) now have small clinics with nurse practitioner instead of doctors, which should be cheaper.
I want to have my heart rate and blood pressure checked before going to court. I know it is high, I've checked at Bi-Lo twice. I need something that the person can sign to verify the results are valid.
The court won't accept results from Bi-Lo unless the pharmacist would walk out, look at the numbers and certify that they saw the numbers. I have no insurance.
Go to Walmart, CVS, Walgreens and see if the pharmacist will verify the numbers for you ... personally I don't think you should be wandering around with high blood pressure just for the purpose of a court appearance. Are you not on BP medication? Are the dogs barking causing your BP to go up?
Is your exchange student not bothered by the dogs barking too?
dogs have to be a factor in it.
lack of sleep, etc.
county agencies with more important things to do.
student was one semester and that is over.
no BP medications, no insurance.
Do you know yet which court the trial will be held ... Magistrates Court? A jury trial can be requested. I have served jury duty in Magistrates Court at the county building on York Ave.
Are you not eligible for Medicaid not talking about Medicare for your medical and prescriptions? Hubby's blood pressure medication is one of Walmart's $10.00 for a three month supply.
High BP is not something to fool around with.
