Default Information on Trinity Ridge?

Hi, we are likely relocating to the area in the next few months and are slowly beginning our home search. The subdivision Trinity Ridge caught my eye and I'm hoping someone can shed a little light for me. There are quite a few homes up for sale and it looks like most if not all are bank-owned. Some are in pretty good condition, others have a way to go. My husband is quite handy and we looked at one or two of these homes as being a way to finish out a home the way we want it, for a very good price.

-Is there anything "bad" I should know about Trinity Ridge? Did the builder just run out of money or is it poor quality that kept people away?

-Is it a nice area, nice development?

Thanks in advance!

Nice houses although prices were (and maybe still are) a touch high for the area and location. 10 years down the road it'll be nice but it might be rough for awhile. I know some of the houses have weird garage configurations - down a steep hill, can't get into garage, looks like a 3 car but isn't. Makes you wonder what some of these builders were thinking!
