Hey there!

Where can I get fresh, organic, local meat?

I know to go to the farmer's market for produce.

How about fresh, organic, and local dairy items? milk, eggs, cheese.. etc.?

Look up Earth Fare. The web site might tell you how local their products are.

We shop at the Earthfare in Rock Hill. Most of their produce is organic. If it isn't, it is labeled conventional.

Their meat is very good and they have a good variety of dairy products.

We have used Lakeview and love them. Also try Baucom's for your meat. All local and not to bad in price. I have purchased from them at the Matthews farmers market.

Baucom's Best 100% Grassfed Beef

If you go to eatwild.com, you can put in SC or NC and it gives you lots of options. I have been doing a lot of research because we recently have gone all organic or natural. I found Brick House Farms has lots of natural, grass-fed, pastured choices and they deliver to Fort Mill. Their website is: brickhousefarms1943. They also carry Milky Way Farms raw milk products and Milky Way delivers every week to Fort Mill as well. They have high quality milk and we make our own butter from the cream. We are also going to be making other cheese related products as well - most are relatively simple and you know what you are getting. We make all our yogurt in the crock-pot - it is so simple, it takes less work than going to the store to buy it! Their website is
scmilkywayfarm.com . If you work in Charlotte or have a place things can be delivered, we are participating in an organic co-op for fruits and veggies - especially in the winter months. Their web address is:
theabsoluteorganics.com .

We go to Earth Fare for some things. I also like Trader Joe's in Pineville. They don't have as big of selection, but they have some good prices on several things. We also really like Healthy Home Market, they have a huge selection of bulk items. They have more than one location, I believe their is one on South Blvd. Their web address is: healthyhomemkt.com

Hope that helps!
