Does anyone know anything about the Springfield community in Fortmill.My hubby is keen on building a custom home there but I am not sure if it is a good idea. Please advice. Thanks!

I have several clients there. A couple own the spec-type homes on the right, and one has a custom home tucked back into the left side of the community. They all seem to like it there, but I don't know any specifics.

Exactly. They have some interesting floor plans. If I was in the market in that area I'd seriously consider one of those.

Springfield is a wonderful neighborhood. I suggest looking at the Cunnane Model home (I think they still have one) and Arthur Rutenberg has a GORGEOUS model home across from the parking lot at the Golf Course cart barn. You can look at a few pictures of it here.

Default buying home in springfield vs kimbrell

Can somebody advise me which is better?

Buying home in springfield(golf communit vs kimbrell( a gated community with no ameneties)?

1.resale value?how quick we can sell home in future?
2.BEst schools?
3.good commute to shopping and other places?
