I am about to move to Rock Hill, SC for a job relocation and need to find an affordable house to rent in a nice area. I am trying to keep the distance within about 10 minutes of Rock Hill Galleria. Any suggestions?
It would be helpful to know how much you want to spend per month and how many bedrooms you need.
There are a number of townhouses for rent (owners are trying to sell) in an area about five minutes from the Galleria. I think it is called Atherton Place but I think it may only be two bedrooms.
Let us know your needs and price range and I am sure people will have some suggestions for you.
There are a number of apartments around this area, but if you need a house, the pickings will be slimmer!!
Thank you for your reply. I don't believe I had seen Atheron Place townhouses yet. I am hoping to spend no more than $850 per month for a 2 or more bedroom house in a safe area. I really appreciate any suggestions.
Hello again, I was wondering if you thought the Cherry Road area would be a safe place to rent a house. There seem to be quite a few available in that area in our price range.
I too am thinking of relocating to rock hill sc from nc. I am looking for a good school district and a safe neighborhood. I have looked at a few houses off cherry road and they were on the small side. I do have pets and need a nice place that is safe, and quiet. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
