Hopefully. What I find interesting is that York County has been *widening* roads, while the City of Charlotte has been utilizing road calming techniques (deliberately making narrow) it's roads.

Same geographic area; two drastically different schools of thought.

Those teacher pension are killing the state. I know quite of few ex teachers pulling in big ones.
