I have been trying to sell my house in Clover Sc for the past couple of months... The market has been really bad... Does anyone know the company that buys your house If you don't sell in within a couple of months.. My friend was telling me about one.. yet I can't think of the name...
Any takers.. house is in clover meadows..

I wouldn't recommend selling your house to one of those companies. They give you BOTTOM DOLLAR and frequently it doesn't allow you to end up with ANY equity to buy your next house.
Consider changing real estate agents as your next course of action, if you feel your current agent isn't doing all he/she can do promote your house.

The only advice that I can offer (other than what has already been suggested) is use the Classified Ad seciton on this site...and/or what about craiglist?
Good Luck to you!

Have you had showings? If you've had lots of showings, but no sale, there might be a reason . . . price, something about the house that is perceived as a negative, etc. If you haven't had showings, it may not have the visibility necessary. If there are several houses in the neighborhood that are for sale, and your price is comparable, then you need to do something to make your house appear better & easier to show. Do you have flyers with lots of pictures, etc., to entice drive-by's to make an appoinment to see more? Good luck!

My partner and I have been searching Clover area for a house and would love to hear what you have to offer. I'm live on AL/GA line and she is in Mint Hill, it's been a lesson in frustration to do this search long distance.

Contact Judy at ERA in Rock Hill. I believe they have a program like that.
List it on Craigslist yourself, even if you have a Realtor. Give them leads and follow up with the customer to make sure it is being followed-up on.
If you haven't had any showings, it's the price. If you've had lots of showings, but no offer, there are changes you need to make to the house.
Can't do anything about neighborhood except reduced it!!!
