Public Storage (Rock Hill: apartment, rent, home)

What is the best public storage place here in Rock Hill? I have seen that Public Storage has a $1 for the first month offer, but I've read some complaints/issues on the web about this 'deal', so I was wondering if it's legitimate. Or, if anyone else can recommend one for me. I was looking at Interstate Storage, on Corporate Blvd as well.

I am currently in an apartment, but will be moving into a home within the next few months hopefully, and need someplace to store some furniture until I move into the house, probably a 10'x10' unit. Any recommendations on good deals/reputation?

I'm trying to remember how it was for me 4 years ago when I first signed up for Public Storage and I'm pretty sure that by the that the $1 for the 1st month only works if you rent the space for a while (6 months to a year or more). Plus once you start adding in all the fees and taxes; your first month's bill will be more then $1.
